SHIPPING AND HANDLING All items sent via Australia Post within Australia. Allow 1 -2 weekdays after payment made for your order to be shipped. Registered Post is available with insurance for Australian deliveries. Within Australia, average delivery time is 3-4 days for eastern states and 5 -7 days for Western, Southern Australia and Tasmania. International items sent via Australia Post Airmail service. All International postage must be insured. This is a reliable service but does not include a tracking number. Allow 10 to 15 business days fro deliveries to arrive. Occasionally there are delays with foreign customs agents which is out of our control and will increase the delay by up to 5 days. Please do not ask for custom documents with reduced totals. Before packing, all items are checked that they are complete and undamaged.

The faulty goods must be returned to Red Racer Hobbies at your cost, must be in the original condition, not used and returned with all original packaging.
Red Racer Hobbies will replace goods and despatch to you within 24 hours of receipt of faulty goods.
