held responsible for loss or damage if uninsured. Insurance will always be
offered on an invoice. We would prefer to send fragile or expensive
items by registered mail as it gives us a guarantee of safe delivery as well as
insurance and insurance or registration will appear as an option on your
invoice. Lost packages or breakages due to the negligence of Australia Post
will not be refunded, however all attempts will be made to advise the buyer of
the time, date and place of postage so that they may attempt to track the item
