This is a Musee Conti Wax Museum token from New Orleans. The caption reads, "The Hunted Dungeon - The Hunchback of Notre Dame - Quasimodo." It pictures the famous Quasimodo that rang the bells.

 

This coin is 1-1/2" in diameter and made from gold anodized aluminum.
