Jimmy Hoffa, onetime president of the powerful Teamster's Union, had Mafia ties which ultimately led to a sentence on corruption charges and his implication in a CIA Mafia conspiracy to assasinate Cuban leader Fidel Castro!

This absorbing story is woven together from on-camera interviews with experts and the memories of a Mafia boss' daughter. Archival film, photographs and present day videotape bring the times, people and places into focus.

Cosa Nostra ties with Hoffa, unions, and government are explored in fascinating detail, tackling significant questions about organized crime's infiltration of the establishment. Was the Kennedy family tied to organized crime over successive generations? What happened to Hoffa, who vanished in a cloud of mystery?
