The Mikado Chess set is based on the reign of the Japanese Emperor.

The set is made from hydrostone with one side being antique gold metallic finish and other side antique copper metallic finish.

The sizes of the pieces are:

 The King (Emperor) 12cm,

 The Queen (Japanese Princess) 7cm

Bishop (Japanese man with apple) 10.5cm

Knight (Japanese man with parrot) 10cm

Rook (Tower) 11cm

The Pawn (male servant & geisha girl) 10cm
