Our cubbies are made with your childs safety as our number one priority. All items are inspected prior to leaving our factory. We will give you the best service with a smile and are happy to answer any questions you may have. As all cubbies are made to order, payment is required within 3 days of auction ending. We prefer payment either by direct deposit, money order/bank cheque or credit card. Please ensure you add your eBay user ID as a lodgement reference when making a deposit, or add to the back of your cheque. We can take credit card payments over the phone.
Your cubby will be ready for pick-up within 15 working days of payment being received and cleared. Please be advised that if you choose to pay via PayPal work will be delayed further by the 5-7 working days that it takes to transfer the funds from our PayPal account into our business bank account.
Your cubby house is available for pick up from our Keysborough factory. The cubby will be flatpacked and will fit onto a 6 x 4ft trailer (no cage). Make sure you bring enough rope to tie it down.
