All of our cubbies are made to order right here in our Melbourne factory by the Design A Shed & Cubbies team using all Australian timber. 

Features: 

• Shiplap timber walls and floor which:
  • are not chemically treated - thus we offer you an opportunity to make a better choice for the environment and even better choice for your kids.

  • are kiln-dried and dressed - which gives you a lovely smooth (splinter free) surface ready to paint on or stain straight away. 
• internal access from cubby into either Lean-To.         
  
• 5 outward opening windows with clear PVC.
  
• colorbond roof.
• front verandah and pickets.
• we use 75mm x 50mm treated pine bearers under the floor so that our cubbies can be placed directly on the ground or any other surface.
• full range of additional fun accessories available.

Your cubby comes to you unpainted.  All panels are pre-built and then flat-packed for ease of transport.  All hardware and detailed assembly instructions are included.  All you need is two people, a power-drill and an hour or so to put it all together.

With a second Lean-To making this a very spacious three room cubby.

As all cubbies are made to order, payment is required within 3 days of auction ending. We prefer payment  either by direct deposit, money order/bank cheque or credit card. Please ensure you add your eBay user ID as a lodgement reference when making a deposit, or add to the back of your cheque. We can take credit card payments over the phone.

Your cubby will be ready for pick-up within 15 working days of payment being received and cleared.

Please be advised that if you choose to pay via PayPal work will be delayed further by the 5-7 working days that it takes to transfer the funds from our PayPal account into our business bank account.

Your cubby house is available for pick up from our Keysborough factory. The cubby will be flatpacked and will fit onto a 6 x 4ft trailer (no cage).  Make sure you bring enough rope to tie it down.
