At Design A Shed & Cubbies we have had 10 years experience in making cubbies that children love to play in. 

We understand that you want  to provide a safe place for your children to play.  That is why our cubbies are designed with:

• a gripper catch on the door so that children cannot get inadvertently locked in or out.
• better airflow to ensure that the cubby does not overheat inside during the heat of the summer day.

We know that it is our attention to detail that makes our cubbies stand out from the crowd, details such as:

• old fashioned rolled top roof ridging.
• the same timber used throughout cubby and verandah for consistent look.
• outward opening front door to maximise the available play space inside.
• extra high walls so that older children and even adults can easily stand up and play in the cubby without feeling cramped.
  From our experience we also know that families have differing budgets and that is why we provide you with a standard package and then offer you an unbeatable range of extras at affordable prices.

Design A Shed is going green!

We are so pleased to announce that we have completely switched to using only eco-friendly plantation pine in the construction of all of our cubbies, pet houses and sheds.

By using untreated timber:

• we hope to help protect your children and pets by not unnecessarily exposing them to the chemicals found in treated timber.
• we hope to do our bit for the environment by using an unprocessed renewable resource, and
• we will no longer be putting chemicals into landfill from the offcuts.

By using untreated timber, your cubby will come up an absolute treat when stained or painted.
We sell cans of Weather Proofing Oil in our Store for $60.00 (one can will protect an entire cubby).
We also sell a beautiful Cedar stain for $85.00 a can.

Our cubbies are made with your childs safety as our number one priority.

All items are inspected prior to leaving our factory.

We will give you the best service with a smile and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

As all cubbies are made to order, payment is required within 3 days of auction ending. We prefer payment  either by direct deposit, money order/bank cheque or credit card. Please ensure you add your eBay user ID as a lodgement reference when making a deposit, or add to the back of your cheque. We can take credit card payments over the phone.

Your cubby will be ready for pick-up within 15 working days of payment being received and cleared.

Please be advised that if you choose to pay via PayPal work will be delayed further by the 5-7 working days that it takes to transfer the funds from our PayPal account into our business bank account.

The cubby house is available for pick up from our Keysborough factory. The cubby will be flatpacked and will fit into a 6 x 4 trailer (no cage).
