Up for auction is this lovely hardcover copy of Enid Blytons ‘The Three Golliwogs’, in beautiful condition for its age. This 1969 edition was published by Dean and Son Ltd. Enid Blyton Reward Series book no. 18.

This delightful book contains lovely illustrations be Rene Cloke. 11 short stories about the three golliwogs include: Three Bold Golliwogs, A Muddle of Golliwogs, The Gollies Make a Pie, The Three Golliwogs and Mr Tubby, and more.

Original books containing golliwogs are now becoming collector’s items, so grab a bargain (and a piece of history) while you can.

Cover and Spine:  In very good clean condition. Minimal shelf wear.
Endpapers: Short inscription present inside front cover (pen), old price label (pencil), 1 set of initials (pen).

Pages: Very good condition. All are clean and readable with no marks.  Pages are appropriately age toned and some have very slight shelf wear. No rips, scribbles or other damage.

Binding: Binding is tight and in good condition.

Item is from a smoke free home.
