This is mainly concerned with working models for either free sailing or RC. Very broad coverage of just about every aspect of sailing models covered in enough detail to get a working model built and sailed using the wind and/or various power options. After looking at the history of model building he goes on to cover the tools and materials, power available, finishing etc all of value to novice and experienced modeller. The close up detail photos are incredibly detailed and of great value. He does not ignore building from kits from the simplest to the most complex.
