PAYMENT

·          Payment is required within 5 working days from the end of the auction. If paying by bank deposit include your eBay username as a reference. I really, REALLY LIKE direct bank deposit as it's SAFE, INSTANT & best of all, FREE!

·          If paying by PayPal, Registered Post is mandatory to protect me from chargebacks by giving me proof of posting. Sorry about that folks, but they're the rules we have to play by. As of 15/09/08, Registered Post is an additional $2.75 on top of standard postage.

·          Genuine bidders only. I play fair & I expect others to do the same. Non-paying bidders will be reported to E-Bay. Good folks get heaped with praise :-)

·          Please ask any questions you like about the item before you bid. I will answer it as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee an immediate response. Please choose carefully & satisfy yourself that the item is what you want before you bid as I have a very limited refund policy.

POSTAGE

·          Postage and Handling charges are basically at cost & include the packaging materials as well as the actual postage charge by Australia Post. If you wish to purchase more than one item and would like combined postage, contact me so that I can calculate the best possible price for you on all the items together.

·          Delivery by Australia Post standard service. If the item is valuable, Registered Post is an option for an additional $2.75 which includes "compensation for up to $100" and must be signed for on delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Pick up is not available.

·          I am not liable for any loss, theft, or damage in transit - blame Australia Post! If this is a concern, please request Registered Post (see above).

·          Postage costs shown are in Australian Dollars for Australian bidders. International bidders, please contact me for a postage quote before you bid.

·          In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive the item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item to see if it qualifies for a refund. Refunds are only given if the item is not as described. All postage charges for refund returns are at the buyers expense. NO postage and handling charges from the auction will be reinbursed. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. For brand new items, all tags, original shrink wrap must still be on the item.
