Minor bumping to top and base of spine, edges and corners. There is a small brown stain on the back cover. Wear to Dustwrapper: rubbing to folds wearing through the paper. Considerable wear to all edges. White endpapers plus the next page into the book are stained in the form of spotting and liquid stain at the back. Other pages are clean and bright. Page edges have slight spotting. 170pp including index. Plus 48pp b/w photographs. Firm binding. This book makes an admirable introduction to the study of Australian fauna. It contains much information on identification, breeding habits and ecology, and scientific nomenclature is used in addition to common names.
