Payment
We accept payment by Paypal - You can use your Debit/Credit card to pay even if you don't currently have a Paypal account
Shipping
We charge a postage fee only to cover actual postage cost, packaging materials, labour and VAT
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH THE SHIPPING COST - DO NOT BUY!!
As soon as payment is received, your item will be processed and dispatched immediately.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY TIMES ARE DEPENDENT UPON ROYAL MAIL / INTERNATIONAL POSTAL SERVICES - NOT STYLE PERFUMES
All Items are dispatched via Royal Mail unless by prior special arrangement.
Items Lost in the Post:
In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive, a refund will be given only after the period required by Royal Mail to describe
an item as missing. This period is 14 working days after the proposed delivery date for Domestic items and 25 working days for
International items
We always obtain proof of posting. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request depending on the postal service used

We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing.
All product images used are of the actual product and are taken in-house. The images are property of STYLE PERFUMES and subject to
copyright. We do not use product images from any other seller or Internet downloads
All items listed are in stock are ready for dispatch
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK BEFORE CONTACTING US TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES

Returns
Faulty Items:
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the
item.
Return Postage will be the reposnsibility of the customer
If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the return postage cost.
Non-Faulty Items:
Customers must notify Style Perfumes of the intention to return an unused item within 7 days of receipt.
All returns MUST be in a new unused condition. - ie DO NOT DAMAGE PACKAGING OR REMOVE CELOPHANE WRAPPING (where
applicable) if you wish to return a non-faulty item.
Return Postage cost will be the reposnsibility of the customer and is non-refundable
This is in accordance with EU Distance Selling regulations and does not affect your statutory rights
A discretionary re-stocking fee may also apply
