All my item prices include GST.
All auctions are final and must be paid within 3 working days of the auction ending. You will need to notify us if you cannot pay within this period. Failure to do so will result in an unpaid strike against your account.
All care is taken in item listings however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional. Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the total sale is applicable for any cancellations (including mistake bidding / change of mind / family or friend bidding without consent). This is to cover listing fees (which are non-refundable from eBay).
If the listing you purchased from offers a choice of colour and/or size for the item, you must let me know asap after the close of the auction the selection you are after. Failure to do this will result in postage delays, and may result it your item being re-listed and sold after 3 days.

Shipping Info

Shipping is only within Australia.

Please be patient, Deposits can take 1 to 3 days to register on my online account, possibly longer over weekends and holidays.

Items are shipped via Australia Post on same day full payment is received, unless outside of business hours.

Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be payed before item can be resent.

All items that are sent via Registered Post or Express Post are covered for loss in transit.
Some items are sent via regular post. These are not covered against loss by Au Post unless you want to upgrade to Express Post to be protected. Add $2 and let me know asap you want the upgrade.
