  3. All auctions are final and must be paid within 3 working days of the auction ending. You will need to notify us if you cannot pay within this period. Failure to do so will result in an unpaid strike against your account.

  2. Please be patient, Deposits can take 1 to 3 days to register on my online account, possibly longer over weekends and holidays.
  3. Items are shipped via Australia Post on same day full payment is received, unless outside of business hours.
  4. Please allow sufficient time for items to be delivered from Newcastle to your post code.
  5. Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be payed before item can be resent.
  6. All items that are sent via Registered Post or Express Post are covered for loss in transit.
  7. Some items are sent via regular post. These are not covered against loss by Au Post unless you want to upgrade to Express Post to be protected. Add $2 and let me know asap you want the upgrade.
