• Internal Framing is made From solid 50mm x 35mm pine timber for sturdy Construction
• All Roof and Door framing is made from solid 70mm x 35mm pine timber
  
• All external cladding is Treated pine and treated pine decking/trim
• This includes double sided Colourbond roof
• Shed has a standard wall height of 1.8m (optional extra to increase to 2.1m)
• Door opening is 600mm W x 1.6m H (optional extra to have Double Doors)

• Please Note: This garden shed does not include a Floor / base as the base style is designed to be place on a concrete slab. Floor / Base can be purchased separately as a optional extra.
• This garden shed does not include any windows, You can have 1, 2, 3 or 4 windows as requested, these are available through our optional extras section.

Installation

• The DIY installation of an Oz Cubby Shed is made very easy from step-by-step instructions, with everything included in our kits, right through to the different tips required for your drill.  All parts on the cubby are marked to match the instructions.
• Installation By oz Cubbys for all sheds with concrete slab already in place - $299.00 , In Toowoomba, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast
• Installation by Oz Cubbys for all sheds with a Shed base included (no Concrete Slab required, based on a level site {within 75mm over 3m}) - $399.00, In Toowoomba, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast.

About Us

• The founder of Oz Cubbys is Clayton Bielby. He has an extensive background in the building industry.  Beginning in the boiler making industry, he then progressed into building and designing garages, sheds and patios. Clayton has also worked in the sales area of the building trade which means he has the industry knowledge concerning which products are best suited and longer lasting with each application. With humble beginnings, (building his own two young children their first cubby for Christmas), he has since been widely recommended to friends and family, his children’s school, daycare centre and then members of the wider community.  Utilizing his own different designs Clayton went on to start up Oz Cubbys – Manufacturer and designer of high quality and solid cubby houses and due to popular demand has extended the range into Garden Sheds.
• From Clayton: Being an owner, manager, manufacturer and installer I am able to give you the best one-on-one service and quality workmanship available.  With this in mind, I am also able to cut out all the extra hassles normally involved with making last minute changes or designs made to order. 

Payments

• All Price's include GST
• Full payment is required within 3 days,
• Available for pickup within 20 working days from date of cleared payment.
• Accepted Payments : Bank to Bank Transfer, Personal Cheques, Cash for in person, bank cheques, Pay Pal (Sorry we can not current accept Credit Card Payments)
  

• All Cladding on the Oz Cubbys Sheds is treated by ACQ treatment. This treatment is more costly, but is most effective.  ACQ is friendly to children and is permitted by the Australian Standards for Playground Equipment.

• I do not use CCA as it contains Arsenic and is not permitted or suitable for playground equipment. For a registered australian business manufacturing Playground ground equipment with CCA materials is against the australian standards.

• I also do not use LOSP treatment as some of the styles of LOSP treatment are far less effective than ACQ and have a large range of conditions on the warranty, also some styles of LOSP treatment must be painted over (which may not suit some applications)
