Timber Vanity Unit. Marble Top. Basin & Taps. COMPLETE

Vanity Unit suitable to fit in an alcove - that is it is only meant to be seen from the front NOT from either side

Overall size is1625mm wide x 430mm deep x 700mm high

has a chipboard plinth 180mm high, needs skirting board or tiling to front - did have skirt originally

Top is Cararra marble with a 40mm bullnose to FRONT edge ONLY (not seen ends)

Unit has 2 x 400mm wide drawers 2 sliding doors and 2 hinged doors with a centre divide and a shelf in each side you can just see these in the cabinet below the basin

Unit comes with a Caroma semi recessed basin, waste, taps, spout and hookers to connect taps to lugged elbows or mini stops.

Unit is in good overall second hand condition and would benefit from steel wool and lacquer to the woodwork

Top has no stains but some small marks and is a nice piece of stone.

Basin is loose and will need to be siliconed in place on installation.

Also have infills for ends about 12mm thick

Colors in pix look to be pretty close to actual color

 Additional info ( the 2 new pix show the back and end of the unit to show the top overhang and not seen ends)

Top actual size is 1625mm wide x 430mm deep x 20 mm thick with a double strip at the front to give a 40 mm bullnose

Cabinet actual size is 1608mm wide x 410mm deep x 680mm high

This means the top is about 8~9mm longer each end than the cabinet this is where the infills go.

It is solid 16mm melamine construction with a 16mm back.

Altough the unit is from an 'alcove' it can be put into a corner of the room on one end and a nib wall of say 1000mm high x 500mm deep x 110mm wide can be built at the exposed end and then the whole unit can be tiled in, or you can build a nib wall at each end and put the whole unit in the middle of a 'normal' flat wall. As shown in the pix BOTH ends are white melamine and are not supposed to be seen, but anyone handy can overcome this.
