Great fun for the kids.   The cubby is sturdy and made of treated timber (child safe).  Extra bracing has been added which has strenghtend the entire unit.  The roof is colour bond steel (woodland grey).  All windows have sliding perspex sheets.  The swing seats are made of thick rubber with galvanised hinges and galvanised chain.  The cubby is two years old and was purchased new from a Sydney based cubby construction business for $2500.00.  The slide is plastic and supports adult weight.  Also included in the sale is the sand pit surrounds and outdoor black board.

Overall height from base to top of cubby apex = 3.5 metres

Cubby house (internal) = 1.8 (w) x 1.8 (L) x 2.2 (H) metres

Cubby house with veranda = 1.8 (W) x 2.7 (L) x 2.2 (H) metres

Cubby house and side attachment swing unit = 5.4 metres

Swing unit height = 2.5 metres

Slide = 2.9 metres

The cubby is set 1.4 metres from ground level.    

To collect the cubby you will need a large trailer and at least one other person to assist in carrying.  The cubby itself is easy to dismantle as all the walls and roof just screw together.  The rest will just simply unbolt.  The footings have been cemented in, however the concrete can be broken off with a sledge hammer.   My husband will assist with the dismantling of the unit.  This cubby will not disappoint, it is not a cheap set up and will last for many years to come.  Inspections welcome.  Any questions please call 02 66446104.
