booklet of 40 pages. measures about 5 by 7.5 inches.

all pages have age related toning. some pages have creasing as does back cover. corners are soft. signs of handling and wear.

guide to this miniature castle, a sort of fairyland. it was commissioned by sir neville wilkinson when his daughter gwendolyn thought she saw a fairy running about near the family's home in Ireland. james hicks and sons built the piece.

18 rooms. many works of art, fine details. pretty amazing

and small. very small. and absolutely amazing. think it's in Denmark somewhere.
