SHIPPING INFO -WE SHIP FAST!!! Most orders ship same day as payment received or within 24 business hours! We ship Monday-Friday until 4pm eastern! We do NOT ship on Saturday or Sunday.

 

 

 

 

 

Yes, we DO combine shipping to save u $$$$ on multiple purchases! $3 additional shipping per item for US customers & $5 additional shipping per item for international customers. Simply complete all your purchases (please DON"T complete checkout though!) & then wait for a revised invoice reflecting the combined shipping. You have 7 days from your first purchase to combine multiple items.

 

 

International Customers should allow 6-10 business days for delivery of items. Sometimes Customs can slow down or delay this time frame, (unfortunately this is out of our control, please contact your local customs office for delay inquiries). Intl. customers should also note that you could potentially face duty, tax or VAT from your local government. these fees are NOT included in the total price & will be the responsibility of you, the importer. Please check with your local government or customs department for applicable information.

 

TRACKING

All customers will receive a tracking number after shipment. Tracking info wil be sent to the email address you have on file with ebay. Please make sure you have the correct email address on file & that you have all email blockers & spam filters disabled to allow incoming mail from us.

 

RETURN POLICY

Greater Golf Express will work to resolve any problems regarding your purchases. If we have incorrectly listed the item or sent you the wrong item we will take responsibility for correcting the problem (discrepancies in condition/ratings of used clubs will handled on a case by case basis and might not apply) Possible resolutions include partial refunds, replacement of item, etc. If you don't want the item after it has been received and we have correctly listed and advertised the item received you can contact us to inquire about returning the item. In this scenario you will be required to pay the return shipping. Upon receiving the returning item you will be refunded your purchase price/winning bid LESS 15% restocking fee. Original shipping will not be refunded. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item and the item must be returned in the same condition.
