TERMS AND CONDITION
 

1. Bidders must read and agree to all of the Warranty Policy, Postage & Handling Fee, Shipping
 Information, Payment Detail and Feedback Instructions before bidding.

 

                                     2. The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 5 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, high-bidder will be considered as NON-PAY buyer.

3. It is not acceptable for refund/replace if buyers merely feel unhappy because the item is not what they expected, or that have simply changed their minds.

 

                                         4 .We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.

WARRANTY RETURN AND REFUND

1.Six month limited warranty

 

                     2. We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first. 

 

                  3. For all faulty items with a Return to Base warranty, buyers must contact us by e-mail. Please Note: For all      returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for 
 shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.

 **We have NO responsibility on the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. If buyer sends back the item   by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted.

 

4. The return item must be in new condition with the full package, otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.
            

       

                          5.Returns of product, other than with defect, is not permitted. Any items are to send back for warranty repair must have been tested bad - BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN - prior to returning the part.Returned goods that are out-of-warranty/physically damaged will  not be accepted.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

2. Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

                               3. All shipments will be made within 48 hours (Excluding weekends and public holidays) and depart from  Melbourne after payment has been confirmed departing form Melbourne.

4. Pickup is not possible (No exception).

 5. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or during after hours.

 6. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, after the proof of payment is provided.
