Tonka articulated grader. Complete including plastic in cabin. Both blades are there but the lower blade needs pivot pop rivet replaced. Lift machanism works freely and side blade goes up and down. Not as common as Tonka's other grader. Good cond. Photos tell all really. Post or pick up available from Melton or Ballarat.
