We will test all items like lights and heat cords before they leave us breifly, however if the item is found to be faulty we will replace the item with same or similar item, the return postage of the faulty items is the buyers responsibility.  We  will be very careful of how items are packed but we do not replace for shipping damage, thats what insurance is for. We also do not cover change of mind. If we have sent the wrong item, it will be replaced at our cost (including return postage).
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
