This is a classifieds dating site (similar to gumtree, craigslist and cracker).
Has been online since May 2009 and has already generated lots of traffic.

The domain name IS included!  This site has massive earning potential for someone in the know.
Ads can be set up to include paid for ads. Also you can add banner ads etc. 

The classifieds software is EASY to use. You can add and edit any categories. This site is
Australian, however you can add categories for other countries as well, and even expand it
to include other non-dating categories such as items for sale, cars etc.

Site is easy to maintain, and you can delete ads if you need to. YOU have total control!
I have set ads to be deleted automatically every month, however that can be changed to whatever you like!
Charge money for ads if you like (I haven't used this option yet).
