Conditions of Sale
We ONLY supply and mail/freight to Australia.
All item prices include GST and a GST Tax Invoice is included with the shipment.
All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only.
If a winning item is not paid for, DiveImports will file an unpaid claim to
eBay which will result in a negative feedback to the purchaser automatically.

On Auction End & Payment
With deposits, payments and/or contact ALWAYS include your eBay ID.
Failure to do so may result in significant delays in shipping your item.
If you are the winner of ONE of our auctions, please use 'Checkout'
within 24 hours, informing us of your payment selection.

Payment must be made within 3 business days of the auction ending.

Money Orders & Bank Cheques must be received within 5 business days
of the auction ending.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your payment has been received and cleared, we will ship your order
within 1 - 2 business days. However, if money order or cheque is submitted,
please allow an extra 5 - 7 business days for clearance and processing.
All goods are stored in our warehouse and will be shipped by Dive Superstore.
DiveImports and Dive Superstore are not directly liable for any loss, theft
or damage to any goods. If your product does not arrive after 10 business
days, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve any problems.
All items are sent Via Australia Post 'trackable' E-Parcel and must be signed for.
Where possible we combine postage and we do not charge handling fees.

Returns
We offer 14-day money-back guarantee/exchange warranties so if there are defects
on the item, we'll simply exchange the same item for you or refund your money
on the item, this does not include postage/freight refunds.
100% Buyer Satisfaction, there is no restocking fee and no questions asked.
All original packaging and literature must accompany returned products and
all products must be returned in new unused condition.
Returns must include the original GST Tax Invoice for the goods and must be
returned to us by Registered Mail. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranties
All products we supply are NEW and covered by a full Manufacturers warranty,
unless expressly described as hire, used or second-hand.
Warranty returns must contain the original GST Tax Invoice for the goods
and must be returned to us in person or by Registered Mail.
Warranty returns for scuba regulators, octopus and BCDs must also
contain copies of annual service invoices.
