Return policy

1. This product has one-year warranty. Buyers must contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period. 

2. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not accept returns without requesting a RMA number in advance. Buyers are to pay the return cost only, for other we will take care of. 

3. Returned items for exchange must be in good looking, without man-made scratches. And returned items should be sent back with our warranty card and the relevant proofs. 

4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we will be responsible to pay the resend postage. 

5. Returned item without any reasons but in good condition will be charged 15% restocking fee and the postage is non-refundable. 

NOTE: All the accessories (Battery, stylus, Memory card, USB cable, charger, cases, etc.) have no warranty. But we can re-provide them at cost price. Thanks!
