Once you have completed sale, it is final no change of mind unless you wish to upgrade to a different item or the like, you will need to contact us to make this arrangement. Items sent via AAE or Toll Express does not include insurance and they these couriers do not offer insurance. Our couriered items are bulk purchased and therefore may not reflect the true cost of the courier cost on the item. Postage and courier costs may sometimes include some handling fees & Fuel Surcharge as per Courier Company.
