We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash/EFTPOS - for pick up ONLY. Please email us after you won the auction for a suitable time and location.
- Direct Deposit is accepted and preferred - account details will be sent after auction is complete.
- Payment is required within 5 days of auction ending.
- We deal with large quantity of transactions each day, your information will help us to figure out payment. If you do direct deposits, always include the item number or ebay ID with your payment. If you are unable to leave item number, please email us your exact payment date, ebay user id and total amount which allow us to track your payment.
- Delay will be caused because of unclear payment without reference and comunication.
- PayPal - although this will incure a 3% fee.
Postage
If numerous items are purchased, they can be combined for lower postage costs. Shipments are made within 24 hours of payment being received. Please allow up to 10 working days for goods to be delivered, although in most cases, delivery is much quicker. Please inform us if Express Post is required (at extra cost) as normal service is used unless otherwise stated. While care is taken, any errors or omission in the item details is unintentional. All goods are packaged to the best of our ability to ensure breakage and damage does not occur, although any damage that is incurred whilst in transit is out of our control and no responsibility is taken on our behalf. We use Couriers Please for the bulkier items and Australia Post for the smaller, easier to handle items.
Due to this item's size, pick up would be the easiest and most cost effective way of receiving your item, although a courier can be arranged at buyer's expense. |
