• Kit includes the following :
  • 4 x 45mm weld rings
  • 4 x 6 leaf slipper springs 45 x 8mm
  • 4 x 8mm slotted fish plates
  • 4 x 40 x 8 axle pads
  • 4 x H-Duty front hangers 40 x 8
  • 4 x rear hangers
  • 4 x 3-1/2" x 9/16 spring eye bolts inc spring washer, nut and washer
  • 8 x 4-1/2" x 1/2"  u-bolts inc spring washer, nut and washer
  • 2 x 95" x 45mm solid (square or round depending on availability at time of purchase)  1450kg axles with Ford bearing shaft fitment including crown nut and split pin
  • 4 x 10" electric drum backing plates
  • 4 x 10" drums with bearing, seal, nuts, studs and dust cap ( holden or ford stud pattern)
  • 1 x electric fixed coupling 3500 kgs
  • 1 x electric break-away system
  • 1 x coupling plate to suit electric coupling (plate is welded to frame to bolt coupling down to)
  • 4 x 40mm x 12mm bolts to secure coupling with nuts,washers and spring washers
  • 1 x cable adjuster
  • 6.5 mtrs of brake cable
  • 2 x wire rope grips
  • OTHER SIZES AND CAPACITIES AVAILABLE UP TO 10T 
  • Note all components are in black steel finish unless stated otherwise and note components come loose and need to be assembeled and brake controllers are not included in this sale but are needed to operate any electric braking system.
