General

I'm planning to emigrate in 2010 so after 10 years of collecting it's time for a big change.  I have a collection of over a thousand different transformers (worth over £30k over the years) to auction off over the next few months, some are quite rare.  I'm not out for mega profit from my collection, just for others to enjoy as I have.

Payment

I accept Paypal (preferred) or a personal cheque (just remember to allow it to clear before I post the item).

Postage

In the starting auction price is the cost of postage and packaging in the UK only, thus there are no additions unless you ask for additional insurance or different delivery method from the standard offered. I offer the standard Royal Mail first class or standard parcel (depending on size). If you want a different delivery method please ask, but note it may involve an extra charge.

Insurance is free up to the first £39.00 in worth of the parcel before postage (Royal Mail Standard). Additional insurance will be offered should the final auction price exceed the freebie. (Add £1.00 for up to £100 in worth, add £2.25 for up to £250 in worth, or add £3.50 for up to £500 in worth).

I will ship internationally of which Royal Mail basically zone it as Europe and Rest of the World. Again the postage offered is standard airmail international but being outside the UK there will be an additional charge on the auction price as listed below for the zone you are in. If you want tracking etc then it will have to go Airsure which is an extra £4.50 on all other charges (for clarity airsure to Europe would be an extra £8.50 on the final auction price and Worldwide an extra £11.00 on the final auction price).

If you purchase more than one item I will offer combined shipping which I will add as a discount to the invoice I send, but please wait for the invoice to receive the discount.  I'm not going to send money back if you pay before the invoice is sent (we both get charged by paypal). Please also note that E-bay only allow discounts not greater than the postage value added, which unless going outside the UK will mean I will have to send a Paypal invoice instead of an E-bay one, that way you will get your discount.

Final Conditions

The vast majority of my collection is almost irreplacable. As such if any are lost or damaged in the post, I cannot replace them but will offer a full refund in lieu.

I reserve the right to refuse a sale if your e-bay profile is bad. I don't want hassle as this is supposed to be fun for all of us.
