We use reliable freight providers and prior to delivery your designer furniture is wrapped with the utmost care to ensure that your purchase is protected from marks, scratches and liquid damage.

Transit Insurance: For an extra $45 transit insurance is highly recommended for all deliveries. This will ensure you against loss or serious damage caused during transit. This insurance does not cover the occasional small bump, or blemish that can occur from long haul couriering.

Metro Areas: Approx 3-4 Days, please allow 1-3 weeks

Regional Areas incl Perth and Adelaide: Approx 5-10 Days, please allow up to 4 weeks

Pick Up: Items are available for pick up from our Penrith warehouse for a $30 handling fee.

All payments must be finalised within 7 days of wining the auction.

A 25% deposit is required 24 hours of winning auction.

Casa reserves the right to relist items that are not paid for within 7 days.

Please be aware that by the very naturally of the raw materials used to make this product there are certain characteristics that can and do occur, these include holes in the travertine (that has been filled), hair line cracks within the stones (not accross more than one stone in the same place), colour variations. This product has had a honing polish only. If you require the table to be sealed (this is fairly quick and easy and can be done yourself by buying a sealer from bunnings) or if you require a complete shiney polish this needs to be done at your own expense.
