It comes with Scala bluetooth I used it with, I have not used it for a while, but tried to charge it now and the light comes on and charges the headset. Also included 128MB SD card I used with it.

Also Treo was not used for a while, so I charged it and the battery holds charge well, after a few days not much used, but please note there was no SIM inside it.

**Please note that this phone is used and has some minor scuffs on the face plate and rear. A screen protector was used at all times so the screen is in good condition.
