• Stubs, staple yarns, mild shade variations & uneven weaving are natural characteristics of handloom & not a defect. Normal shrinkage of 5% is likely

• Payment is required to be made within 3 days from the end of bidding. If there is no payment or contact NPBA will be filed and a negative feedback left (This is not personal it is business) 

• Please read and compare sizes carefully as no refund or exchange will be given if it doesn't fit or if you don't like the colour / style. We recommend comparing the measurement against your best fitting garments. At the same time we will gladly refund your money in full if the item is not as described 

• All items and listing prices are subject to change without  prior notice - including shipping costs

• Accessories and singlets are not included unless specified

• Any returns for ANY reason needs to be authorised & approved by us. Items returned without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender

All items by default are sent using Registered Post. We have given a discounted postage rate for this service because we strongly recommend it. Please note that this choice will automatically insure your items up to the value of AU$100 and therefore you can buy from us with complete confidence and peace of mind as we will refund full costs if item is lost in transit

Express Post Australia wide is $7.49- (Dispatched next business day after the payment has cleared)

Please email us straight away to alert us if you have paid for this postage so we can dispatch it ASAP

We also offer Express Post service. This option can be chosen if you require fast delivery. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery depending on your post code - conditions apply please refer to Australia Post Website (www.auspost.com.au ) or call them on 13 13 18 for complete details. Please understand if you choose this option we will not be held responsible in ANY MANNER for any lost or damaged item/s as insurance is not available for the Express Post service

International Post (Air Mail) - (Dispatched within 3 business days after the payment has cleared)

We use Air Mail service of Australia Post to deliver world wide. Please email us for a quote

Some items such as a CD or DVD is generally less than 250 grams and therefore will have lower postage costs - please email us for exact cost

The delivery time is approximately 2 weeks, however can be longer in some circumstances. Faster delivery options such as Express Courier International is also available upon request
