WE HAVE STOPPED BUILDING THIS BOARD EARLIER THIS YEAR AS THE BUILDING/POLISHING PROCESS JUST BECAME TIME INEFFICIENT FOR US. IT WAS DELETED FROM OUR RANGE IN ABOUT APRIL THIS YEAR!
HONESTLY THOUGHT WE HAD SOLD THE LAST ONE BUT FOUND THIS ONE AMONGST THE RACKS....A REAL SURPRISE.
WE WILL SELL IT AS A NEW FACTORY SECOND EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE GONE OVER IT SEVERAL TIMES AND CAN FIND NOTHING OF ANY CONSEQUENCE WRONG WITH IT OUTSIDE OF A FEW SLIGHT POCK MARKS IN THE ORIGINAL FOAM WE BUILT IT OUT OF!
WE WILL SELL IT AS A SECOND BASED ON THE FACT IT HAS BEEN HIDING IN OUR WORKSHOP FOR NEARLY 12 MONTHS WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE.

Tribal Surfboards Australia is a “boutique” Newcastle (N.S.W) We pride ourselves on our “no fuss, no nonsense” approach to supplying Australian surfers with “quality surfboards at affordable prices” at 100’s of dollars less than in retail stores. It is for this reason we do not build ‘epoxy’ (beer esky) foam surfboards. We build what we know works, provides a superior surfing experience in terms of design and offers unbeatable value and “bang for your buck”. We make no compromise in build quality, materials or workmanship to sell wholesale direct to the public. This cuts out all “middle man profit” surfers have been forced to pay for years, that has now pushed quality (and in many cases average quality) surfboards up to and beyond the $1000 mark. We believe Aussie surfers are starting to be “ripped off” by corporate and retail greed……so much for the “common bond amongst surfers” that is supposed to bring us all together! We have designed a small select range of surfboards for all surfing levels from beginners to the experienced. We want new surfers, ex surfers and surfers still refining their skills to come and “join the tribe…our tribe… and get serious about their surfing”. All our surfboards are designed with inbuilt “ride-ability” to get beginners surfing and allow novices to develop their skills quickly. Our boards will also challenge good surfers with responsive drive and maneuverability but are forgiving when things get tight. We cannot all be world champions but it is nice to be able to surf like one occasionally! We utilise and manipulate the best “proven” design features in surfboard construction and do not waste time with ‘trends’ that add nothing to the riding experience. Our surfboards are based on two critical factors; experience of the surfer in combination with the weight of the surfer. It is in specifically designing boards that prioritise these two variables that our surfboards get their life and this makes them great surfboards to ride. Best of all our company works under the philosophy that, as surfers, we ride what we designed and shaped. If we would not own it and be happy to surf it, then we don’t sell it. “THE TRIBAL SAVAGER” Entering its fourth generation of development our ‘savager’ continues to be the ‘practical choice’ for surfers looking for their first ‘true’ short board or a performance orientated board boasting some high end features but designed to have a “forgiving heart” at its central core. When we designed this board it was all about providing surfers with a surfboard that could provide manoeuvrability and dynamic wave handling ability in a broad range of surf conditions. For this reason it is a very versatile short board and is equally at home on 3ft swell as it is on 10ft. The secret to the versatility of this board lies in its continuous curve design, subtle double concave, gentle deck and moderate rolled down rail construction. It is the perfect compromise for surfers not interested in the ‘twitchy/punishing’ nature of most high performance short boards (‘if you do not get it quite right’) and for younger or less experienced surfers not up to the physical and skill demands needed to get the most out of traditional performance boards. The board is not beyond early intermediate surfers and appeals to experienced surfers ‘over all the hype’ of other performance surfboard makers who want a practical short board that goes well at a reasonable price.

WHY THE BOARD IS A FACTORY SECOND: Please read carefully.
This board is structurally 100%. Cosmetically it is 99.99999% with 4/5 pock marks in the foam underneath the glass that were in the original blank. This is nothing and does not detract form the baord in any way.
This is a factory first but due to the fact we have deleated this board from our range and its age (perhaps 8 plus months since it was built) we are selling it as a factory second on a "as is" basis.
It is a new board at material cost and some labour only price!!!!
We are making nothing on this board and simply want it gone to make room. For this reason we are sorry but we are not interested in or have the time in sending pics of the board to prospective buyers. We reckon we would not be able to take a pic of it anyway that you would be able to see its minor "bits and pieces"...we simply need it sold and gone. If it does not sell we will take it home for ourselves to surf. However, to compensate in this respect we are offering free delivery anywhere in Australia on this board.
