This auction is for a REPLACEMENT Triton Router collet chuck

(includes a collet body, a ½” collet assembly and a ¼” collet assembly)

 

Do you have a 2400W TRA-001 or 1400W MOF-001 Triton Router purchased in AUS, NZ or the UK?

 

Likely, you have already experienced these issues:

  • Chuck is hard to tighten sufficiently (have you had your bit migrate and ruin a workpiece?)
  • Once you do get it tight enough, after use, it is near impossible to release!
  • It is virtually impossible to secure a ¼” bit using the ½” to ¼” reducer – we’ve had a ¼” bit that we thought was held tight come right out of the router in use!!!
  • Excessive runout (or wobble) – does your router vibrate a lot especially with big cutters (don't blame the bit - it's the chuck!!)

  • You don’t need a reducer for ¼” bits!!!  Two complete collet assemblies are included (both ½” and ¼”)!
  • The TRITON USA chucks have less than 0.001" runout - which is about 1/20th of the amount that the Australian chucks average
