**** Hi All Leading into the last week of this ad can I make some comments relating to HUGE RESPONSE in terms of views, and questions relating to this boat.

Firstly to the huge amount of people currently watching this item, and to the 17 seperate groups of people who have come out to view this boat, and to maybe the 100 odd people who have rang with various questions. I can honestly say I have been inundated time wise.......but thank you.

However to all the tyre kickers.....please remove my add from you watch list, stop asking questions, and stop ringing unless your serious.

This boat is for big boys who earn big bucks, stop dreaming and stick to the 17 footers you can afford!! LOL

So please heed the following:

** Trade in the Value for the boat alone is around $65-70k

** The boat is advertised elswhere and is close to being sold with 2 people coming back with genuine offers, this week.

** The lowest offer that has been phoned through via ebay is 60k

** A local Boat reseller wants to list my boat on consignment starting at $85k

Please do your maths first before ringing up with any sort of questions or emailing something your really only toying yourself with....and please if you are serious, make your call soon, or atleast get back to me with your final offer, even it is pending finance.

Finally I am fielding alot of questions regarding insurance for this boat- my boat is insured for market value of $85k and I think is around $700-800 a year for full comprehensive.
