this piece weighs 43.0 GRAMS and measures approx. 48mm X 50mm X 10mm and was measured near the middle of the stone for all the dimensions...I have not tested this mineral specimen, I have not used a hydrochloric acid test to see if it is soluble, I am basing my description by visual inspection only, if you disagree with my assessment please contact me and we can test per your instructions, I am not an expert mineralologist and in fact quite a novice when it comes to knowledge of minerals specifically.. I bought quite a lot of minerals composed mostly of raw turquoise, milk opal, chyrsocolla,and some azurite and yet unknown to me pieces recently at an estate auction and the owner was residing here in Missouri the last several years and was an avid jewelry making craftsman, but was moving back to California and he liquidated most of his minerals and I was lucky enough to acquire a significant amount of turquoise among other minerals and I plan to list several specimens and small lots here on eBay in the near future..this item will be shipped securely wrapped in large style bubble-wrap..(1/2").. keep monitoring my auctions for new turquoise listings as I will be staggering the offerings..
