Two old ukes: Hawiian koa body uke and an old Regal, both sold for restoration ot their parts value. The first is the one pictured on the right. It appears to have been a real nice uke in it's day. Now it has several long back back cracks and a hole in the back measuring about 3/4" X 3/8". There is also player wear, worn heastock decal, and finish deterioration. The features include: Solid koa body, rosewood fingerboard, good tuners, and no cracks [other than the back].....The other uke is an old Rega with what looks like a birch body. It looks like it might be playable if you tighten the tuners. Both the top and back appear to have been reglued in a few places, but not bad. No cracks or holes but does have some short crayon or paint lines at the top of the back [see photo]......Both ukes need new strings. Items sold as-is, $18 shipping anywhere in thge continental US. |
