Returns & Faulty Items

DVD's and Games

All unopened items may be returned for a refund less the postage paid within 15 days of the purchase date. All opened item may be returned for a 50% refund on the purchase price. Postage is not refundable. The item must be returned at the buyers own expense. The refund will be processed after the item has been returned and its condition confirmed.

Electronic Items

All unopened items may be returned for a refund less the postage paid. A 10% restocking fee of the purchase will be deducted from the refund. We must be notified of the return within 15 days of the purchase date. Opened items are not refundable. The item must be returned at the buyers own expense. The refund will be processed after the item has been returned and its condition confirmed.

Faulty Items

All the items we sell are in working order, but occasionally due to manufaturing faults or damage in the post, items may arrive in a broken or faulty condition. If this is the case, please let us know within 5 days of receiving the item, and we will replace it for you. The item must be sent back at the buyers own expense. Once the item has been received and tested, a new one will be dispatched to you. When there is no replacement available, a full refund, including the postage paid will be given.

Our feedback system is set up to give positive feedback to all buyers who leave us positive feedback. This is done automattically by ebay. If for some reason you wish to leave neutral or negative feedback, please contact us first so we can try to sort out your problem. Leaving bad feedback is not a way to get your problem solved, and should only be left as a last resort.
