ROUNDBACK ELECTRO BARITONE UKULELE By Clearwater This stunning Clearwater Baritone Ukulele takes the iconic roundback guitar style to make one of the loudest best sounding Baritones we've ever heard! Roundbacks are known for their robust, well balanced tone and excellent projection and this little powerhouse is no different. Comes with a top quality soundboard pickup installed and ready to plug in.
The "Baritone" Ukulele is tuned DGBE and sounds lower than the smaller soprano, concert, and tenor ukes. However as the intervals are the same you can use all your usual Uke chord shapes, they just have different names. The larger body of the baritone producers a much warmer, louder and more robust sound. Ideal for ensemple playing with other ukes. The longer scale length means there’s more room between the frets, making fingering much easier for players with large hands. As baritone G tuning is the same as the first 4 guitar strings, guitar players will find a baritone uke very familiar
