This is a classic children's story. It is the 8th printing, 1952.

It is 6" x 8 1/4" and contains 166 pages.

Original illustrations by Ike Morgan make it an exciting story. See picture 2

It is a library book discontinued from Marengo, IL.

Condition.  Shows wear at the bottom of the binding from being propped up on a desk while reading. The bottom edge of the cover is slightly frayed in a couple spots. The corners are frayed. The top of the binding is frayed from being pulled off the shelf. So you see it has wear.

Once we get past the covers, the pages are not only tightly attached to the binding but seem to show no wear at all.
