The UH500SX UHF Unit is in a class of its own replacing the number 1 selling model – the UH088sx. Uniden’s reliability and experience in UHF makes this unit ideal for the professional who needs to keep in touch with the outside world. The UH500SX-RM offers the finest components, engineering and styling, just what you would expect from Uniden.
The UH500SX has an extra 40 user programmable RX channels available making listening to your favourite frequencies (450 to 512MHz in 12.5Hz steps) easier. With a Rear MIC Jack located at the back panel for discrete connection of the standard or remote LCD speaker microphone.
The UH500SX is also equipped with DCS (Digital Coded Squelch) allowing you to choose from 104 alternative digital codes that can be sent with your transmission. The digital code is recognised by the compatible receivers enabling them to receive or block unwanted conversations. For additional conversation privacy the UH500SX-RM also has CTCSS Interference Eliminator allowing you to block out unwanted conversations. It also has Range Extender (Duplex) Capability giving you long range depending on the location of local repeater stations. The keypad and LCD display is backlit orange for extra easy viewing at night or in low light situations. |

- This item comes with a 3 month back to base warranty (Batteries not included).
- If your item was non functional within the first 7 days from the date of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping costs.
- Faulty items will be replaced within 14 working days.
- Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchasers expense in both ways (sending and receiving).
- We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's has been received.
