- This item comes with a 3 month ladymauction warranty
- If your item was non functional within the first 7 days from the date of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping costs.
- Faulty items will be replaced within 14 working days.
- Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchasers expense in both ways (sending and receiving).
- We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's has been received.
- If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued via internet banking.
