• We accept credit card payments through  Paypal only. Items paid via Paypal must be posted as registered (local) or insured (international).

• For those who need any of our items urgently in the Sydney metro area, call us on 0404481786 to have it delivered the same day or night. For this, a fee of $40 is applicable. So if you have forgotten a birthday present or the like, don't despair. Call us and we will get it to you.

• Regular shipping is not able to be tracked neither does it include insurance. Registered shipping includes insurance to the value of $100 and can be tracked. If paying with Paypal, only registered or courier shipping must be selected. With other shipping services it is optional but highly recommended.
  
• To ensure prompt processing of your order please ensure all details supplied are correct.
• Goods will be posted once payment has been received. An email notification is automatically sent when payment is received.
  
• When items are shipped you will receive an email notification detailing the shipping method or courier company used. This information will include a the shipping company name, tracking number and a website where the item can be tracked.
  
• If your item is sent with Australia Post, you will receive the registered number if you have paid for registered shipping.
• If you are an international buyer your mail notification will include the tracking number and the method of shipping. All items shipped internationally will include insurance to the value of AU$100 and is sent through the postal system. From Australia this will be Australia Post and then the respective postal system in your particular country.  Items shipped can be tracked online if your respective countries postal system has online tracking. • Contact from buyer and arrangements for completion of transaction to be made within 24 hours after end of auction.
  

• All buyers will receive an email invoice within 1 - 12 hours of purchasing an item. In 99% of cases this is less than 1 hour. Check you inbox if you have not received one.
