The UPS has a LCD Backlit Display so you can see exactly what’s going on at all times. Showing charge status (x out of 5 bars), load (as x out of 5 bars), operating mode (battery or mains) and general condition of UPS (OK or Problem)
AVR Function
Automatic Voltage Regulation - Uses the battery within the unit to regulate the output voltage so as to maintain a constant output voltage of 230V-240V. If power goes low, the battery is used to boost power. If power goes high, the mains power is cut and the unit runs entirely off the battery until a normal state of input voltage is restored. We call this Buck and Boost Regulation

When Power is converted from battery back to mains (Inverted 12VDC to 240VAC) it does so in such a way that the power is no longer the same as mains.
