VF envelope used 30 March 1892 with scarce American Machine Cancel sent by the General Masonic Relief Assn of the US and Canada.

Items sent to the following city / countries, will only be sent by Registered Mail: Bratislava, Slovakia, Prague (Praha), Czech Republic, India, Pakistan, Russian Federation, Thailand, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Also, First-Time-Bidders from some some countries, may be required to pay Registration Fee charges on items selling for over $25, before the item will be mailed. These countries include Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy,  Poland, PR China, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia and Ukraine.

The minimum shipping & handling costs are as follows (for up to four items):

U.S. Buyers: $1.75 to a U.S. or APO address. Five to eight items, shipping is $2.50

Foreign countries: $3.00, for up to four items. Five to eight items, shipping is $5.00

REGISTERED MAIL POLICY: Purchases over $50.00 will be sent by Registered Mail to all foreign countries, and the Registered mail fees of  $12.00 will be included in the invoiced shipping amount.
