My views on GRADING...
Personally speaking, I do not grade any of my stamps.  I believe beauty is in the eye of the beholder and no one should put a number on a stamp as a grade.  There are a variety of other factors which should be taken into account and centering isn't the only one.  Although, with that said, I know that others grade stamps and it is their choice to do so.  Therefore, here is a link to PSE's grading guide price list: http://www.psestamp.com/prices/index.chtml
