With an USB port, you can connect HDD/Flash drive up to 1 TB for storage. It can playback RM/RMVB MPEG1/2/4/Divx/Xvid format encoded files, let you enjoy the stored movies/music/pictures on your big TV screen(support 16:9).

- We only ship the item to the address listed in your PAYPAL payment. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the parcel is returned to us due to the wrong address you provided, you should pay the postage cost again, because we have to pay the post office. Shipping & Handling fee is the same to anywhere in the world.
- Normally item will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment is received. All items are directly shipped out from GuangZhou using international airmail post service. It takes 7- 12 days for you to receive your item in major cities and 8-14 days to other cities.
- You can pay extra shipping fee to get EMS (Speed post) or DHL shipping service. Normally it takes 4-6 business days only to receive order. Please contact us if necessary.
- Buyers are responsible for Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any). We ONLY handle the shipping to you.

- All items are supplied with a one year warranty. If the item you received is defective in any way, contact us within the warranty period and we will send you a replacement of the same item type. The warranty covers against defective workmanship only, misuse or willful damage will render the warranty void.
- We do not accept returns without first obtaining an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) through email.
- Refund will not be entertained if you have purchased the wrong item, replacement is the only option.
- Replacement will be made upon receipt the returned item.
- For refund purpose, defective products must be returned within 15 days from the date you placed your order. We will refund you the full product price (no shipping and packing fee).
