Tardigradia is taking a break from selling so I am selling these here on her behalf:-) Tardigradia's Torches Ultra Violet Torch for Uranium glass on keyring in packaging tested has batteries , never used, suit collector. Have too many. Many sellers have bought this item with good satisfaction:-) check out the feed back under Tardigradia Used to shine on glass objects to see if they glow and therefore identify them as "hard to get" uranium or vaseline glass also helpful in detecting cracks and for reading marks on pottery and glass:-) Handy for the Op shop or garage sale(But like all lights it needs dark but cupping your hands around an object is usually enough) Many older art glass pieces contain uranium, and they are not always green. So bid now and don't miss out:-) Most party type UV torches and pens are not suitable for this purpose. Direct deposit is the preferred payment method for this item, please contact me before bidding if this is a problem:-) A small torch like this will only test a piece not light up the whole piece:-) unless it is night and the piece is highly uranium. NB>Read this carefully to fully understand the technical info!!!!!!!! This is an led uv torch. led is the type of bulb physically uv is the kind of light it emits and is short for ultra violet. This torch does exactly what is intended to do!!!! you are welcome to your money back if you return the item. led is short for light emitting diode. leds can deliver what ever kind of light you like. If you examine the photograph you will see. I have in my house uv florescents its the same story:-)If you want more than one let me know and we will list them for you:-) The photo was taken in daylight in a darkish room:-) cheers Tardigradia You can also check out the s4space Store with over 300 collectables
