1. All items are packed in good conditions. Every single pot is hand inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
2. All items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of cleared payment.
3. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. Bank deposit/transfer preferred, please feel safe with us.
4. Postage can be combined for additional items bought at the same time. Additional postal fee may apply, please email us to confirm.
5. Please leave positive feedback after receiving the item. Please contact us to fix the problem before leaving a negative feedback.
6. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. Otherwise it will delay the payment process. We are not responsible for any mistakes from incorrect shipping information you provide. You should be responsible for additional postal fee.
